It takes 10 working days to ship an order, because every bag/backpack/etc. is made and sew by us, especially for you.

DELIVERY: POLISH POST (TRACKED AND SIGNED) - 30 ZŁOTYCH / 7 EURO / 6 GBP;

Please note that import duties may apply when the package arrives in your country. It is the responsibility of the customer to cover the cost of any additional customs charges that may occur for overseas orders. We are unable to control or predict what these fees might be, as this depends on the country being shipped to.

International orders can very occasionally get delayed. It’s very frustrating when this happens, unfortunately I cannot speed up the shipping process once it’s been dispatched, please allow time for delays if you’re outside of Poland;

• If you have put an incorrect shipping address, you must email me immediately, so that I can change it.
• If you’re ordering for a birthday, or need it by a specific date, then please contact me with the details. I will try my best to accommodate your request and ship it out as quickly as possible, but once I have dispatched it, I cannot control how quickly Polish Mail deliver it to you.
